’As part of Durrell Wildlife’s integrated marketing strategy we are implementing an innovative partner campaign which is providing us with the ability to team up with quality brands to promote Durrell,’ commented Leanda Jane Guy, Head of Marketing, Durrell Wildlife. ’Journey through the Jungle is the first of many partner activities and we are delighted to be working with the dynamic Amaizin Maze team.’
The maze will be designed by the world renowned team at Adrian Fisher Mazes. Adrian fisher pioneered the first modern mirror maze in 1991 and created the world’s first cornfield maze back in 1993. ’We were very flattered when Durrell Wildlife approached us with such an original marketing idea, commented Kristina La Feuvre, Managing Director, Amaizin Maze. We had been approached previously about using the Maze as a marketing tool due to its amazing visual impact but this joint promotion with another major family attraction had an immediate appeal and was in-keeping with our family market.’We think this type of partner marketing is a wonderful opportunity for promoting Jersey both locally and nationally, and very much look forward to welcoming both local and visiting Durrell fans.’
